On not taking yourself too seriously

Kudos to Jamie Oliver for his role in CMAT's new video for "The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station". 

If you don't know the song, it's about Ciara's irrational rage at seeing Jamie's face on the poster of a petrol station selling his deli food. Having felt a similar level of rage / perplexity myself, I was totally with her. Jamie - it seems - was too 🤨

He said, “It was about having a laugh and I’ve always been a firm believer that you’ve got to be able to laugh at yourself.”

If you can't laugh at yourself, it's much easier to be laughed at. No brand wants that. Everyone wants to be in on the joke and I have, honestly used this approach as a response to a media issue before. 

Well done Jamie, glad you got to get your drumsticks out again, too!
